My Work

The most sold vehicles in the United States are Trucks, with that in mind Rocket Auto looked to optimize their online used automotive inventory to cater to Truck enthusiasts. Through interviews and collaborating with project managers I helped the company create new search filters that are now industry standard to help customers narrow in on the truck they are looking for.

UX Process

My UX process when researching an international warranty providers needs in order to redesign their selling site and create a design system for future updates. For this project I interviewed multiple users and admins of the previous site in order to diagram and record attitudinal, behavioral, qualitative, quantitative data.

Case Study

My process when designing a client customizable coaching app and CMS. For this project I worked on the Information architecture, personas, UI/UX Design. I was also in charge of diagraming business and functional rules from interviews with the internal stakeholder.

Case Study

Researched an automotive companies products and other trade show kiosks to create an accessible on brand experience. The finished kiosk was so well received the client commissioned 2 more smaller kiosks to connect.
